JOB:  F&B Supervisor

SALARY/GAJI : RM1200-RM1800

SYARIKAT :  MING GARDEN HOTEL & RESIDENCES

LOKASI : KOTA KINABALU, SABAH.

INFO :

• Minimum SPM

• Tarikh tutup : 13 SEPTEMBER 2014.

1. Able to work within any section within the Food and Beverage department.
2. To ensure the use of current Standard Operation Procedures by all team members within the department.
3. To be responsible for managing the time keeping records for all team members on your shift.
4. To ensure facilities comply with all relevant legislation relating to health and safety, food hygiene regulations and licensing legislation.
5. To ensure the effective management,motivation,training and development of all team members employed in the bars and restaurants.
6. To promote a safe, healthy and enviromentally secure enviroment.

REQUIREMENT :

A minimum of either SPM / Diploma in Hotel Management or any related discipline

Able to work on weekends and public holidays and on shift duty

Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Ability to converse and write in any other language will be an added advantage

Good interpersonal and communication skills and a team player.

Must be dynamic and self-motivated.
