- Monitoring and implementing standards and of daily kitchen operations.
- To coach and adhere to Hard Rock International food standard recipes quality and hygiene standards.
- A minimum of 5 years experience on similar responsibility with respective hotels or restaurants.
- Good organizational and management skills.
- Problem solver.
