  • Monitoring and implementing standards and of daily kitchen operations.
  • To coach and adhere to Hard Rock International food standard recipes quality and hygiene standards.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience on similar responsibility with respective hotels or restaurants.
  • Good organizational and management skills.
  • Problem solver.
